Friday - Well today is pretty much over...moving on :)
Saturday- Work west 7-5, party all night :)
breakfast- cereal when i get up
lunch- foiled chicken brocolli leftover
dinner- Spaghetti
snack- granola bar, apple
Sunday- Sunday school, work metro 7p
breakfast- waffles
dinner- Baked Dijon Salmon
lunch at work- salad, oatmeal
snack- banana, pudding
Monday- Zak daycare, LuLu's dr appt, Metro 7p
breakfast- waffles
lunch- egg salad sandwich
dinner- Baked Dijon Salmon
snack- raisins, granola bar
Tuesday- Zak daycare, Dr appt at metro, metro on call 7pm
breakfast- cereal
lunch- tuna sandwich
dinner- spaghetti
snack- apple, granola bar
Wednesday- Workout, possible zak daycare, clean, start labeling totes
breakfast- cereal
lunch- soup
dinner- tilapia with veggies
snack- raisins, granola bar
Thursday- Yoga class 9:15, Zak's basketball class at 12:15, workout, keep organizing house
breakfast- cereal
lunch- soup and salad
dinner- leftovers/porcupine meatballs
snack- raisins, granola bar
My workout went pretty well this week. Only went to the gym 3 days this week. No fastfood or coffee runs yet!
