Focus Friday

Focus Friday

Got a lot done this week and tired from it :)

Friday - Today's over. We went to chuck e cheese tonight (too much money ugh)
, and did my tripoint evaluation

Saturday- Sibiling class at lake west, work tripoint 7p, vaccum, dishes, put coupons away, do one load of laundry

breakfast- cereal
lunch- salad
dinner- turkey burger
dinner at work- turkey sandwich, soup
snack- apple, banana, cottage cheese


Sunday- Metro 11p, ADAM MOVES IN!!
breakfast- chili
lunch- more chili
dinner- sandwich at work

snack- banana, string cheese, cottage cheese

Monday- zak daycare, guy calling for snowplowing for grandmas, maybe a haircut with adam, work 11p metro
breakfast- cereal
lunch- leftover chili
dinner- turkey sandwich

snack- raisins, granola bar

Tuesday- oncall metro 7p, workout when I wake up, zak daycare, work 11p metro, print off receipts for daycare
breakfast- cereal
lunch- tuna sandwich
dinner-
Weeknight lasagna toss
snack- apple, granola bar


Wednesday- workout, laundry, zak daycare
breakfast- oatmeal
lunch- soup
dinner-
Weeknight lasagna toss leftovers
snack- raisins, granola bar

Thursday- Metro 7p, yoga 9:15, bball 12:15
breakfast- cereal
lunch- sammiches
dinner-
BBQ chicken wings
snack- granola bars, pretzels

Washer and Dryer are in!! Hopefully by next focus friday we are moved and settled, as much as we can be!!

Wow, whatta week!! It was busy and lots of lacking of sleep.

Friday - Workout, Work Metro 7p
breakfast- oatmeal
lunch- egg salad sandwich
dinner- spaghetti
snack- wheat thins, cottage cheese, apple


Saturday-
Sibling class 2pm, stop at walmart
breakfast- cereal when i get up
lunch- salad
dinner- Chicken Linguine A La Me
snack- apple, banana, cottage cheese


Sunday- Sunday school, workout, laundry, take apart zak's bed
breakfast- waffles
lunch- tuna salad/sandwhich
dinner- maybe head to my parents for dinner

snack- banana, string cheese

Monday- Metro 11p, workout, take apart daybed
breakfast- oatmeal
lunch- pb sandwich
dinner- Leftover chicken Linguine A la me

snack- raisins, granola bar

Tuesday- Zak daycare, workout
breakfast- cereal
lunch- tuna sandwich
dinner-
spaghetti
snack- apple, granola bar


Wednesday- Metro 11p, throw in another workout day
breakfast- oatmeal
lunch- soup
dinner- Kielbasa and mashed potatoes
snack- raisins, granola bar

Thursday- Mom watch Z, no yoga. Thanksgiving! Work Lakewest 7p, go thru ads!

lunch- none
dinner- THANKSGIVING
snack- none

BLACK FRIDAY next week!! I hope to get my washer and dryer!!

Friday - Well today is pretty much over...moving on :)

Saturday- Work west 7-5, party all night :)

Sunday- Sunday school, work metro 7p
breakfast- waffles
dinner- Baked Dijon Salmon

lunch at work- salad, oatmeal
snack- banana, pudding

Monday- Zak daycare, LuLu's dr appt, Metro 7p
breakfast- waffles
lunch- egg salad sandwich
dinner-
Baked Dijon Salmon
snack- raisins, granola bar

Tuesday- Zak daycare, Dr appt at metro, metro on call 7pm
breakfast- cereal
lunch- tuna sandwich
dinner-
spaghetti
snack- apple, granola bar


Wednesday- Workout, possible zak daycare, clean, start labeling totes
breakfast- cereal
lunch- soup
dinner- tilapia with veggies
snack- raisins, granola bar

Thursday- Yoga class 9:15, Zak's basketball class at 12:15, workout, keep organizing house
breakfast- cereal
lunch- soup and salad
dinner- leftovers/porcupine meatballs
snack- raisins, granola bar

My workout went pretty well this week. Only went to the gym 3 days this week. No fastfood or coffee runs yet!

Friday - Zak daycare, stop at grocery store, working at Tripoint 7pm, charge solar lights
breakfast- special K
lunch- turkey sandwich and an apple
dinner- leftover spaghetti
snack- granola bar, banana

Saturday- Work metro 7pm

breakfast- cereal when i get up
lunch- hopefully eat at my parents house while i visit zak
dinner- Italian stuffed shells
snack- granola bar, popcorn


Sunday- workout, Sunday school, come home rest, and visit a family member that night
breakfast- waffles
dinner- leftover Italian stuffed shells
snack- yogurt, granola bar

Monday- workout, Zak daycare, work metro 7pm
breakfast- waffles
lunch- egg salad sandwich
dinner-

My workout went really well last week, i'm hoping it will this week too. This week is a lot of working, but it is worth it bc Saturday is my dad's party!!

  • Were gonna shoot for no fastfood again this month, which means coffee too. I bought dunkin donuts and creamer and want to suffer for the month, due to all the shopping
  • Start contributing $275/mo for 11 months to windows bill (started 7/09)
  • split $1000 between house fund $265, emergency fund $265, Roth IRA that I will be opening 5/08 $450, $20 Zak
  • Have a successful party for my dad!
  • Try not to spend more than $200 on day after thanksgiving

Well Halloween week was very very busy for us!! So here's focus sunday again!

Sunday - sunday school in a few mins, walmart shopping ( I want to get a few totes they are on sale), and working tonight at 11
breakfast- bad i didn't eat any, just coffee
lunch- turkey sandwich and an apple
dinner- salad, hamburger helper, bowl of oatmeal for later at work
snack- granola bar, apple, halloween candy

Monday-zak daycare, drop off my car to get fixed, call metro for an appointment and working at 11, working out too.

dinner- salad and oatmeal for work

Tuesday- workout, Zak daycare, fix the shed hopefully if it's warm

Wednesday- workout, make my financial review for the month, clean the basement, go to library with zak for a storytime

I'm aiming again to workout more. I really slacked off this week and I feel it. I can't find my headphones ethier...not a good thing...
