- Honey Dijon Chicken Tenders- another recipe Jackie gave me, also good!
- Spinach and Lasagna Stuffed Shells--another, and very good again
- Crockpot Oatmeal is in the crockpot now
- Snacks
- fresh fruit
- pudding
- fruit snacks
- string cheese
- granola bars
- 100 calorie snack packs
Friday- Zak off to school, library, laundry, bootcamp class at 5:45, aunt linda's party?
Saturday- sled ride?, go to aunt kathies and amy's, and maybe register, family night
Sunday- clean, maybe sled ride, Work 7pm
Monday- Zak to school, laundry, clean, memes?, on call 7p-3a
Tuesday- Zak to school, bootcamp 9:15, swimming 6:20
Wednesday- Zak off to school, work 7p
Thursday- Zak off to school, work 7p

- Gotta get to the gym 3 times a week.
