Finally a focus Friday. It's been a nice week. Got a lot done. And now, I start 4 in a row...
Meal plans for the week
Breakfasts
- Oatmeal
- Waffles

- turkey sandwiches
- chicken salad sandwiches or wraps
- tuna sandwiches
(still have to make these haha we went foodless this week)
- White beans, spinach and liguini
- Herbed chicken parmesan
- Creamy tomato basil pasta
- Also we're trying stuff for the wedding :)
- fresh fruit
- yoplait yogurts
- granola bars
- sugar free jello with sugar free coolwhip
- mini ricecakes
- veggies with hummus
- salsa and mini bagel
- cottage cheese
Friday- zak to daycamp, work 7pm
Saturday- wake up and Adam should have the gazebo finished. Here's it's beginning the other night at 10pm... clean kitchen, work 7pm
Sunday- Father's Day. Give my dad his gift and Adam his card, work 7pm
Monday- Zak to daycamp, wash bedding, work 7pm
Tuesday- Zak goes to Waldameer with the camp and doesn't come back til 7, mop and sweep, run errands before he comes back
Wednesday- zak to daycamp, workout, clean bathroom, make dvd for kelly, baseball game 6:15, out with Jordan and Sharon :)
Thursday- Zak to daycamp, workout, laundry, work 7pm
I didn't workout as much as I wanted to this week, just a couple runs. Something's better than nothing. I did a ton of yardwork yesterday and cleaned the closets...my list is dwindling down.
