Well meals are going to look about the same because we went out to eat a whole lot last week!!
Meal plans for the week
Breakfasts
- Oatmeal
- Waffles
- Pancakes
- Cereal
- turkey sandwiches
- egg salad sandwiches
- tuna sandwiches
- soup
Snacks
- fresh fruit
- yogurt with granola
- granola bars
- pretzels
- sugar free jello with sugar free coolwhip
- raisins
- mini ricecakes
- veggies with hummus
Friday - Zak Daycare, laundry, gym, clean
Saturday- Frank and Pams 7pm, workout in morning (I slacked this week), grocery shop
Sunday- Caring for Kids class 7a-5:30p and then work 11p-7a, YUCK!!
Monday- Zak daycare, recover.
Tuesday- workout in am, laundry, clean car, work with zak on kindergarten stuff
Wednesday- pick up pics! Class 6-10 work 11p-7a
Thursday- zak daycare, workout, have a day free to do whatever!!
