Meal plans for the week
Breakfasts
- Oatmeal
- Waffles
- Pancakes
- Cereal
- turkey sandwiches
- chicken salad sandwiches or wraps
- tuna sandwiches
(still have to make these haha we went foodless this week)
Snacks
- fresh fruit
- yoplait yogurts
- granola bars
- sugar free jello with sugar free coolwhip
- mini ricecakes
- veggies with hummus
- salsa and mini bagel
- cottage cheese
Friday - Gym, grocery shop, Zak gets tested for ADVANCED kindergarten, nap, work 7p
Saturday- Car gets detailed, walk home from there, sleep, wake up, clean kitchen, enjoy evening with Adam and Zak
Sunday- On call 7a-3p, workout!!!
Monday- wash bedding, trash day, go to adam's dads for cookout
Tuesday- workout in am, mop and sweep, tour at west til 8:45
Wednesday- Hangout with Alyson or Heather and their kiddos, open house 5pm
Thursday- Sign up for on call, baseball game, work 7p
I fell off the workout regimen. I have to get back to it this week. This week is the week before DAYCAMP!! Then, I will be at the gym everyday at 2:30-4 waiting for zak to be done, so it will help both of us!
